The founder of Brentwood Title & Escrow, LLC is Pat Flynn, an attorney who has practiced law in Nashville for over 30 years.  During that time, Pat has successfully operated title insurance and escrow companies which have performed settlement services and insured real estate titles in every county in the State of Tennessee as well as in surrounding states.

Since the year 2000, the management, processors and escrow officers at Brentwood Title have furnished efficient and professional real estate settlement services from the Brentwood office which they continue to occupy.

Recognizing the changes that the industry has encountered in the last two years Brentwood Title has formed a new emphasis on local agents, loan officers and clients.  We bring the experience borne of thousands upon thousands of successful real estate closings to the new demands of the mortgage and real estate market place.

The staff is experienced in 1031 Exchanges, reverse mortgages, short sales, foreclosure resale's as well as the requirements for FHA and VA.  The availability of our attorneys on site means a quick response to title questions and lenders' requests.  A one-day commitment response is the norm.

Brentwood Title's principal underwriter, Chicago Title Insurance Company maintains a large staff of attorneys and other specialists who are equally available to deal with questions which may arise in connection with a closing.
